cancer, and as anyone knows it can be an up and down time with it. It was January of 2022 when
I gave her a necklace and book for her bravery and strong will. I was honestly worried she
wouldn’t make it to Christmas of this year.
But I’m glad to say she is with us, and fighting the good fight! Go Rianna!
Next up is Debra, yet another good person affected by cancer. She was diagnosed in early
2022, so when I heard her story, this mother of one definitely needed some joy. I am also glad to
say her treatments have been going well! And I wish you the best for 2023!
Next up Christine, while she is not sick, I wanted to recognize her, because she sets an example
of how mothers and daughters should be. She is a self sacrificer in the highest order. Doing
whatever she needs to do for her kids, be it taking them to Disney world, or out to dinner after a
long work week from a thankless job. And then as a daughter she takes care of her mother,
cooking for her, making sure she is well cared for. While there are plenty of women out there
like this, it’s nice to hear about it. Because in these times all we hear is the negative. So,
Christine my best to you as well! Last but certainly not least, is Nicole. This brave young lady lost her father this year, on top of
being in and out of the hospital over the last year, due to complications with diabetes and a
transplant, and open-heart surgery. She is persevering and fighting and always has a smile on her face! Nicole, I wish you the very best in 2023 and beyond!
These women once again exemplify courage, positiveness, compassion, despite being sick.
Everything Tandieka was, and just like her, they chose to live, they chose to live the best life
they can! And that’s the way to live everyday sick or not! So best of luck and well wishes to
them for 2023 and beyond!
