So now with all the talk about the Mandalorian, and most of it negitive with many comparing it to Solo. I figured it was time to finally, rightly defend this movie.
Solo, is a movie that wasn’t even givien a chance. First off, it was in development hell. The director was fired. Ron Howard came in and reshot nearly 80% of the film. Secondly, it was hardly marketed. Unless you followed the development or were a Star Wars fan you didn’t know it existed. It wasn’t marketed properly at all!
It came out in May and the first real trailer came out only two months before. That was some half assed shit. So in the end, the only ones to blame for its failure is Disney. They fucked up. Everyone cast in the film was perfect. So in closing. Solo is one of the RARE Disney movies/shows filled with heart and soul befitting of the maker himself. Check it out, if you have not, i asasure you you will not be disappointed.
